Description:

Management of client's Automated Clearing House (ACH) Digital Payments solutions - The candidate will be responsible for product development and go-to-market execution of ACH digital payments features and services.

The role will focus on incorporating ACH payments into Client's digital platforms in order to deliver significant value to our customers and ecosystem stakeholders including but not limited to: issuers, acquirers, merchants, and consumers

Manage the digital payments ACH product roadmap leveraging client technology to develop product enhancements that deliver best-in-class consumer experiences, convenient payment choices, and transaction security.

Manage agile product development of ACH solutions, ensuring that critical business needs are addressed and client Technology resources deliver maximum value to the product.

Execute go-to-market processes for ACH solutions, ensuring that the product has been technically enabled, tested, and delivered with requisite documentation, packaging, and sales materials.

Support product development and go-to-market execution of other related Digital Payments Products as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience with a variety of digital payment types and solutions.

General understanding of web services and backend technical processes.

Ability to mix technical knowledge with practical real world experience to bridge between business and technology.

Understanding of client's sales process to traditional customers (Financial Institutions) as well Non-Financial Institution customers (merchants and technology partners).

Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, project management, and matrix-management skills are critical.

Ability to influence internal and external business partners

Business Acumen with the ability to provide solutions that drive positive results to the customer and client.

Attention to detail

Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment
