This role can exist in various industries, such as project management, operations, or retail, and usually involves overseeing teams, managing workflows, and ensuring that organizational goals are met efficiently. The hourly wage suggests a contract or temporary position rather than a salaried one, and compensation at this rate indicates a position requiring notable experience and expertise. Responsibilities and requirements may vary depending on the company and industry. Those in this role are expected to demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

These competencies ensure effective team performance, goal achievement, and overall organizational success.

Managers at this pay level are often responsible for overseeing complex projects and leading diverse teams, which can present challenges such as balancing workload distribution, resolving interpersonal conflicts, and meeting tight deadlines. To address these, successful managers develop strong communication skills, prioritize tasks efficiently, and foster a collaborative work environment.
