Job description

We are one of the busiest independent auto repair shops in the west valley.  We are ;looking for experienced mechanic's that can benefit from large paychecks, weekends off, and a pay plan that doesn't change every other week because the company is not making enough money. 

Scott Repman has been doing  this on his own for over 9 years and has expanded his shop to 2 more locations. This owner for sure cares about has employees and provides them with the most updated technology to work with so they can make  more accurate and reliable decisions when if comes repairing a vehicle. 

Our technicians, depending on their abilities, make between $38 and $70 an hour.  Pay periods are every Friday, with insurance benefits available after 90 days.  

We are looking for technicians or master technician pay level.   One of the requirements is that you must be able to diagnose electrical issues.  

There are three locations Yougtown, Sun City, and Glendale.  

Each of our shops have between 200 to 400 hours in WIP. So the hours are plentiful just like the LARGE checks. .
