Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $83.28hr - $88.28hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience building project plans, tracking milestones, managing risks/issues, and driving projects to completion.
  • Comfortable coordinating diverse stakeholder groups and maintaining accountability across teams.
  • Experience analyzing and improving business processes.
  • Ability to document requirements, develop process flows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar low-code/process automation platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, document action items, provide executive-ready status updates, and build relationships across business and technical teams.
  • Proven ability to work independently, influence without authority, and proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • 4-year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify mistakes and inefficiencies.
  • Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to prioritize, multi-task, and manage multiple projects and tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages and directs multiple small to medium projects within a department or business unit.
  • Manages all activities leading to the successful completion of projects including project scoping, timelines, cost estimates, and design.
  • Develops and maintains parameters for project requirements.
  • Provides direction to contractors, consultants, and project teams.
  • Coordinates input from and participation with various other departments within the organization as needed to meet project objectives.
  • Analyzes and determines regulatory impacts and requirements of the project.
  • Builds business cases and justifications for projects designed to improve business processes and/or efficiency.
  • Provides team/project goals and evaluates performance.
  • Manages related workforce planning, budget analysis, and prepares budget forecasts.
  • Works with Continuous Improvement lead on complex projects and presents updates to Directors or Executives.
  • Performs value realization to identify benefits and change impacts.
  • Develops and maintains user guides and training material.
  • Manages administrative tasks such as document and information distribution and thorough project documentation.
  • Documents meeting notes, action items, project status, and summaries.
  • Acts as the liaison between stakeholders and third party application providers.
  • Troubleshoots user issues and manages updates to custom forms and configurations.
  • Creates, refines, and maintains end to end process flows to support system functionality, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Nice to Have:

  • Project Management Professional Certified.
  • Possess Lean Six Sigma belt (minimum Yellow Belt) with working knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
  • Skilled in building Smartsheet dashboards, automated workflows, forms, and project trackers.
