JOB MANAGEMENT


We're looking for a proactive and organized professional to join our team as a Job Manager. In this role, you'll oversee projects from order entry to completion related to electrical distribution, supply chain, and project coordination. You will be coordinating with multiple departments and external partners to ensure seamless execution. You'll be the go-to person for tracking progress, resolving challenges, maintaining accurate documentation, and keeping customers informed every step of the way. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Not limited to the following

  • Manage and track multiple project/job orders from initiation through completion
  • Coordinate with sales teams, warehouses, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Monitor job progress, identify delays, and proactively resolve issues
  • Review and validate order accuracy, pricing, and specifications
  • Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status and timelines
  • Ensure documentation is complete and up to company and industry standards
  • Support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

SKILLS AND COMPENTENCIES - Required

  • Strong understanding of job-based workflows
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Experience working with contractors or commercial/industrial projects
  • Familiarity with inventory management and logistics processes
  • 1–3 years of experience in electrical distribution, supply chain, or project coordination, strongly preferred
