Position Overview

You will support the agency by assisting with customer needs, policy inquiries, and account management, all while contributing to the growth and success of the team.
Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Assist customers with billing questions, policy changes, claims, and coverage explanations.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to review accounts and identify opportunities for additional covered or improved service.
  • Maintain detailed and organized customer records in agency systems.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives to promote State Farm products and services.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet individual and agency goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Requirements
  • 1 year of customer service or related experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow up effectively in a fast-paced environment.
