A Management Trainee Internship is a structured program designed to provide recent graduates or students with hands-on experience in various departments of a company. Interns typically rotate through different business functions such as marketing, finance, operations, and human resources to gain a comprehensive understanding of how the organization operates. The primary goal is to develop essential management skills and prepare interns for potential leadership roles within the company. These internships often include mentorship, training sessions, and performance evaluations to accelerate professional growth.
