Participants typically rotate through various sales departments, receive mentorship, and undergo formal training to learn sales techniques, product knowledge, and leadership skills. The goal is to prepare individuals for management positions within the sales organization. These programs are ideal for recent graduates or professionals looking to fast-track their careers in sales management. Successful completion often leads to a permanent management or supervisory role within the company.
