Location: Tulsa, OK

Work Schedule: Hybrid Schedule, Mandatory in office days Weds/Thurs, third day in office flexible.

Type of Employment: 6 month Contract

Compensation: $41-47/hr

Position Summary

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for an HRIS Analyst to support HR data integrity, reporting, system optimization, and workforce insights. This role partners closely with HR and IT teams to improve HR systems functionality, streamline processes, and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic business decisions.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with HR systems knowledge and experience working with reporting tools, dashboards, and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

HR Data & Workforce Analytics

  • Support HR data integrity, reporting, and advanced analysis to enable informed business decisions
  • Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and data visualizations highlighting key workforce insights such as demographics, turnover, engagement, and compensation
  • Perform analysis of HR data to identify trends and support decision-making on complex business issues
  • Build reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for HR and leadership stakeholders
  • Advise stakeholders on reporting capabilities and HR system functionality

HR Systems & Process Improvement

  • Partner with HR and IT teams to enhance system functionality and drive process efficiencies across HR systems
  • Translate HR business requirements into system and data needs in collaboration with IT
  • Support HR system and process projects, including system enhancements and third-party integrations
  • Conduct testing, audits, and validation of HR system functionality and data flows
  • Collaborate with HR process owners to maintain data accuracy, compliance, and consistency across systems
  • Assist with change management activities related to HR system updates and process improvements

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered

Experience & Skills

  • Experience related to HR processes and/or HR data analysis
  • Experience working with enterprise applications and HR systems
  • Ability to identify, research, analyze, and resolve systems software issues
  • Experience evaluating system functionality and business processes
  • Proficiency with:
  • Oracle Cloud reporting
  • Power BI
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel functions
  • SQL
  • Experience reviewing system reports and preparing correspondence and documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized and prioritizing effectively
  • Experience preparing operating procedures, reports, and technical documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse groups
  • Experience developing and presenting information to individuals and teams
  • Demonstrated aptitude in arithmetic and computer-based problem solving
