What you'll need to succeed as a Senior Program Manager, Professional Development at XPO
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 2 years of experience in talent development, learning, or organizational development

Preferred qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning, or organizational development
  • Practical approach to partnering with business leaders and deliver scalable learning solutions that enable talent pipelining, capability building and succession planning
  • Demonstrated track record of introducing and driving professional development programs leading to tangible and measurable results

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Own the design, development, and delivery of key professional development programs, including HR, Tech and Finance academies as well as professional development program for hourly employees
  • Manage all professional development program roadmaps, timelines, communications, and stakeholder engagement to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Support the development of as needed training solutions in Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Microsoft Office suite, including eLearning, workshops, webinars, employee guides, etc. on topics related to professional development
  • Track participation, outcomes, and feedback to inform program improvements
  • Facilitate learning experiences, workshops, and executive sessions for support functions and frontline populations
  • Oversee external vendors and platforms to ensure alignment with program goals and standards
  • Continuously benchmark and integrate best practices in leadership and talent development
