We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric professional to join our Secure Data Transfer (SDT) support team. Candidates should have knowledge of secure data transfer protocols and services. The SDT Systems and Account Management Specialist is responsible for operational support and account administration of the Franchise Tax Board (FTB) SDT services. You will provide first-level technical and account support for FTB secure data transfer services, along with other duties. As a member of the Secure Data Transfer team, you will regularly solve problems and support unit services, processes, testing, and procedures that are essential to the FTB mission. You will work with internal and external users and serve as a technical resource for management and staff in areas related to third-party software packages and services. You will lead and be responsible for addressing all inquiries and communications from the SWIFT mailbox. This role offers opportunities to develop expertise in secure data transfer technologies and play a key part in supporting critical services for the Franchise Tax Board.
