Role Description This full-time Carpenter Window Installer Apprentice role is an on-site position based in Southaven MS. The apprentice supports senior carpenters and installers in measuring, preparing, and installing windows and related trim on residential and commercial projects. Daily tasks include assisting with framing openings, handling and setting windows, using hand tools and power tools under supervision, and helping with finish carpentry details such as casing, sills, and interior trim. The role also involves loading and unloading materials, maintaining a clean and safe work area, following safety procedures, and supporting the team in completing projects on schedule. As skills develop, the apprentice will take on more responsibility in layout, installation, and quality checks while learning the full scope of window and carpentry installation work.

Qualifications
