What you'll be doing:

· Diagnosing and resolving technical issues for users quickly and efficiently

· Managing service tickets from start to finish

· Monitoring and maintaining client backups

· Delivering remote and on-site support, with access to a company vehicle

· Working closely with teammates to solve problems and share solutions

· Keeping documentation up-to-date as client networks evolve

· Staying in regular contact with your team about job status, location, and client needs

· Participating in after-hours on-call rotations (every 5 weeks) and supporting project work

Technical Experience We’re Looking For:

· Hands-on experience with Windows PC operating systems

· Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite

· Windows Server Management

· Microsoft 365 Administration

· Firewall and Security Solutions

· Windows Remote Desktop Services

· Email filtering solutions

· Security Solutions

· Active Directory and change management

· Basic VOIP concepts

· Tool Stack - Connectwise Manage and RMM, Auvik, IT Glue, Scalepad, Connectsecure

· Tech Stack - Sophos, KnowBe4, Ubiquiti, Jamf, Duo, Printix, HPE Aruba, HPE Servers, VMWare, HyperV, HP & Lenovo PSG
