Job Title: Technical Project Manager (Integration & Middleware)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and ownership-driven Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional project teams through the delivery of complex enterprise integration and middleware systems. In this role, you will manage the entire project lifecycle-from business requirement alignment to final deployment-ensuring that high-volume data exchange platforms, message brokers, and secure file transfer protocols are seamlessly executed. This position requires a rare blend of sharp business acumen and deep technological aptitude; you will sit at the center of technical subject matter experts (SMEs) and executive leadership to drive milestones, mitigate integration risks, and optimize cross-project dependencies.
Key Responsibilities
Project Lifecycle & Delivery
โ€ข End-to-End Governance: Direct the entire project lifecycle for medium-to-complex integration initiatives, developing detailed project plans and translating high-level objectives into executable tasks.
โ€ข Milestone Tracking: Monitor key deliverables, manage project scope, and dynamically adjust resource allocations or schedules to keep projects on track.

oDirect experience managing environments utilizing: IBM Integration Bus (IIB) MQ, Axway Secure Transport, Connect:Direct, IBM Sterling File Gateway, IBM Control Center, and IBM Sterling Secure Proxy.
