What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree and/or CPA, CTA, JD, LLM, or similar professional certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of transfer pricing and tax controversy experience supporting complex multinational organizations preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of transfer pricing regulations, including IRS Section 482, OECD Guidelines, and global transfer pricing compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting transfer pricing audits, controversy management, dispute resolution, and interactions with tax authorities globally.
  • Demonstrated expertise working with complex multinational structures, intercompany transactions, intellectual property arrangements, and transfer pricing financial models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including experience assessing tax risks and supporting strategic business decisions.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions including tax, accounting, treasury, legal, operations, and international business teams.
