Rx Savings Solutions (RxSS), part of McKesson's CoverMyMeds business segment, is at the forefront of digital healthcare advancement. We are seeking aBusiness Systems Analystto join the RxSS Business Operations team! In this role, you'll support critical data ingestion and secure file transfer processes that power our platform. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and external partners to troubleshoot issues, ensure reliable data flows, and help deliver highquality solutions to our clients.

This is a handson, problemsolving role ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how systems work, identifying why things break, and partnering with others to fix them.

What You'll Do:

  • Support and monitor data ingestion pipelines and integration workflows

  • Troubleshoot data pipeline, file transfer, and application issues to identify root causes

  • Manage secure inbound and outbound file transfers using SFTP and managed file transfer (MFT) tools

  • Perform basic data validation and troubleshooting using SQL

  • Review pipeline behavior and logs to determine whether issues are filerelated, datarelated, or systemrelated

  • Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions

  • Develop and execute test plans to validate system and data changes

  • Document business processes, system workflows, and operational procedures

  • Provide ongoing production support and clear status updates to stakeholders

  • Perform other duties as reasonably requested by management

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field OR equivalent relevant experience

  • 2+ years of related experience supporting systems, applications, or data processes

  • Basic working knowledge of SQL for data validation or troubleshooting

  • Experience supporting or monitoring data pipelines, integrations, or filebased data exchanges

  • Ability to analyze issues, troubleshoot system behavior, and communicate findings clearly

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to ETL tools or platforms (e.g., Databricks, Informatica, or similar)

  • Experience with secure file transfer, EDI, or managed file transfer tools

  • Familiarity with Python for basic debugging or issue investigation

  • Experience working in SaaS, healthcare, pharmacy, or financial services environments

  • Experience using Jira or similar ticketing / workflow tools

  • Strong documentation, communication, and crossfunctional collaboration skills
