To thrive as a Mall Store Assistant, you typically need strong customer service skills, basic math ability, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management tools, and cash handling procedures is important for daily operations. Outstanding interpersonal skills, reliability, and a positive attitude help create a welcoming shopping environment and resolve customer concerns. These skills ensure efficient store operations, satisfied customers, and contribute to overall sales success.
