Sodexo is seeking a strongFood Service Operations Manager 1 forthe United States Marine Corps at Camp Pendletonlocated inOceanside, CA.The Operations Manager will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of all culinary operations for one of it's Mess Halls.

What You'll Do
  • Have 3-5 years operational management experience in a high-volume food servicedining environment.
  • Be a people person with astrong focus with maintaining positive client relations; a solid manager/leader who isperceptiveand hasattention to details that make a difference- quality and presentation of food - customer service -
  • Be SERVICE focused-including providing excellent customer service in a welcoming dining environment.
  • Be proficient in use of online Food Management Systems for menu/recipe planning, ordering and inventory;
  • Demonstrate proven financial acumen/success: Food costs/ labor costs, budgets.

  • prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
