This role is the primary people leader and execution enabler within the district, translating regional strategy into disciplined territory-level action. The District Sales Manager balances field leadership, coaching, and business management, ensuring Territory Sales Managers operate with a clear ownership mindset, strong fundamentals, and consistent execution standards. The District Sales Manager spends significant time traveling within the assigned district to coach Territory Sales Managers, visit distributors and customers, and support key jobsite activity. Work environments include distributor facilities, customer offices, industrial and construction jobsites, and meeting venues.Travel:Regular regional travel within the district is required, including frequent driving and periodic overnight stays.
