Filterbuy, a leader in the air quality and manufacturing world, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Shipping Team Lead to drive our operational efficiency and ensure the seamless fulfillment of customer orders.


This position will help support their team wherever needed; prepare orders, pulling material, pack boxes, loading orders onto trucks, etc.

This role will report to the Shipping Supervisor in Ogden, UT. Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead, train, and evaluate shipping team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Assign and oversee daily shipping tasks to meet business needs and productivity goals.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to shipping and equipment.
  • Ensure team members follow all safety procedures and company policies and conduct safety audits of the shipping area.
  • Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures.
  • Scan and sort outgoing orders.
  • Prepare orders by processing requests; picking; packing boxes; loading orders into trucks.
  • Maintain equipment in good condition.
  • Report on issues, malfunction, or defective parts.
  • Strong sense of time management and urgency.
  • Working collaboratively with other members and independently.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, packing area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist in training new hires.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
