What Will You Enjoy Doing
Main Responsibilities:
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot multiple types of packaging equipment. Equipment may include,
but is not limited to:
o carton erectors
o partition inserters
o product inserters (MPV, VPM, PLU)
o foil dispensers
o top closers
o palletization equipment
Manual responsibilities include:
o loading, building and making boxes
o hand packaging of bottles
o loading labels
Maintenance includes:
o perform routine cleaning, and minor maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operations
Material Handling:
o Loading/unloading packaging materials such as corrugate, containers or other raw materials
Documentation:
Accurately document records of finished goods, packaging specifications, or any visual quality checks
Perform changeover's of divers packaging equipment (eg case erector, partition inserter, top sealer, ...)
Applies correct labels
Perform quality check consisting of visual inspection of overall product, labels and packaging integrity for defects
Housekeeping
Perform Autonomous maintenance
Performance Metrics:
-Labeling Accuracy: Maintains a labeling accuracy rate of 100% by consistently following all labeling procedures without deviation.
-Quality Control Compliance: Performs all required quality checks with 100% completion and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects per standard operating procedures.
-Line clearance accuracy
-Autonomous maintenance completion

Qualifications and Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-Min. 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred
-Capable of lifting 55 pounds and to stand for a minimum of 12 hours
-Able to work with multiple types of equipment simultaneously
-High cleanliness standards for the machines and work area
