- Team Model; Supervising MD
o Clinic, Call, or Both:
- No call
- 70% outpt; 30% inpt
o Schedule:
- Need candidate to start ASAP; likely to extend
- Monday - Thursday; 6:30 am - 5:00 pm (most preferred) OR
- Monday - Friday; 6:30 am - 3pm
- 4 10 hour shifts will be given priority
- Full time availability needed, will consider two providers to make up one FTE
o Cases/Procedures:
- Endoscopy
- General
- OB/GYN
- Ortho
- Pain Management
- Urology
- Vascular
- Blocks preferred; not needed
o EMR and Dictation Tools:
- EPIC/Dragon
o Required experience, training, and certifications:
- Must have experience with: spinals, epidurals, venous catheters, arterial catheters
- AHA BLS
- AH ACLS
- AHA PALS
- NBCRNA
o Case Logs:
- 75 within the last 12 months
o Consider IMLC or waiting for a license:
- MI License only due to timeframe
o Credentialing Timeframe:
- Typically 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date
