Richdale Apartments is currently hiring dedicated and motivated Make Ready Technicians for our Class A & B luxury communities. Our Make Ready team plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional living experience for our residents and is recognized and rewarded for their hard work.
Responsibilities
  • Final preparation and small repairs of luxury apartment homes
  • Drywall repair
  • Paint touch-ups
  • Door and lock changes
  • Light plumbing and electrical work
  • Additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
  • 2-3 years of basic maintenance and/or general labor experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with pride in maintaining exceptional curb appeal
  • Ability to maintain clean and well-kept grounds and buildings
  • General grounds and pool maintenance experience
  • Ability to perform minor tasks such as paint touch-ups, changing light bulbs, and washing first-floor windows
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate professionally with residents, management, vendors, and contractors
