Position: Assistant Maintenance Technician

Location: Houston, Texas 77064

Compensation: $24.00/hour (paid bi-weekly)

Closing Occupancy Bonus (paid monthly)

Retention Bonus (paid monthly)

Job Brief:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs routine maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to the following systems: plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
  • Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain and update records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and work orders.

Qualifications:

  • HVAC certified.
  • Must participate in on-call rotation for nights/weekends.
  • CPO certified a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general repair techniques.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
