  • 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
  • 2 years of experience in software development or engineering.
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Own, deliver, and execute the strategy and roadmap for innovations and improvements for core media generation, user control and asset management, and user feedback experiences.
  • Drive the user experience strategy for integrating the latest Google DeepMind models into YouTube Shorts creation pipelines, ensuring accessible and intuitive model controls.
  • Architect the native integration of classic creation tools (such as trimming, stitching, and manual editing) with generative AI workflows to solve real-world creator friction.
  • Define the metrics to measure media generation performance in production and collaborate with partner teams to establish a shared understanding of success metrics.
  • Partner with teams across YouTube to define new use cases for generative media creation, and collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Trust and Safety, and GTM on user feedback, controls, and asset management.
