We are looking for an experienced Private Equity/Commercial Due Diligence professional to help expand our Transaction Services and Private Equity (TSPE) US practice together with the global TSPE Partner and our local Partners. This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing Transaction Services Team at Simon-Kucher. The TSPE practice aims to expand existing PE-client relationships with anย additionalย service offering. Simon-Kuchers' TSPE practiceย advisesย private equity funds and strategicย investorsย bothย pre- andย post-deal, across industries. The core focus/offering is the commercial due diligence which is delivered by the TSPE specialist team in close cooperation with our industry practices.     • Support leading mid and large-cap PE clients, as well as corporates, to invest in the right businesses, addressing interesting questions such as:ย

Your profile:
  • 2-4ย years of experience within consulting or in the strategy/M&A function of a corporate, with experience of carrying out commercial due diligence engagements.
  • An undergraduate degree isย required; MS, MA, MBA, or other advanced degree is optional/nice to have.ย 
  • Experience leading commercial due diligence and or growth strategy projects is highly preferred.
  • Record of accomplishment of managing multiple projects, including work plans, deliverables, budgets, schedules, and accounts receivable.
  • Exceptional analytical andย problem-solvingย skills, comfort with financial modeling and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills as well as written and spoken.ย 
  • Team player, open and positive in a group dynamic.ย ย 
  • Effective presentation and communication abilitiesย toย present findings, takeaways, and key recommendations to a senior audience.ย ย 
  • Demonstrated record of solving complex problems, directing teams, and completing challenging project activities within tight project timelines.ย 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work seamlessly and collaboratively with various internal and external colleagues and stakeholders.ย ย 

Total compensation for this role includes base salary,ย performance bonus,ย eligibility for annual merit-based increases, and a comprehensive benefits package.

The base salary range for this position is between 125,000 to 155,000 per year for U.S. roles. Specific compensation within these ranges will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and location. Salary ranges are reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with market conditions.ย 

Benefits for eligible employees include paid time off, 13 paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.ย
