Primary Job Duties
As a Crew Administration Coordinator, you will:
  • Update pilot and flight attendant schedules for leaves of absence, vacation, company business, and initial/annual proficiency training.
  • Build schedules for pilots and flight attendants returning from a leave of absence.
  • Conduct monthly audits of pilot and flight attendant schedules.
  • Coordinate hotel reservations and book flights for flight attendants attending training.
  • Receive and respond to calls, chats, and emails from crew members.
  • Assist the Master Vacation Coordinator with preparing and awarding the Master Vacation Bid for pilots and flight attendants.
  • Process crew member schedule requests through Sked+.

Minimum Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Ability to work under tight time constraints and adapt to change quickly and positively
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, by telephone and in person, with crew members, dispatchers, and other office staff

Physical and Other Requirements
  • This position is based at SkyWest Headquarters in St. George, Utah. Remote work is not available.
  • Shift: Four 10-hour shifts, Tuesday through Friday.
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
