Maintenance Technician

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire – Full-Time
Job Summary: The Industrial Maintenance Technician will ensure smooth operation of woodworking equipment through preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

Job Duties:
1. Diagnose and repair CNC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
2. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and keep detailed records
3. Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
4. Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
5. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and perform regular safety checks

Pay:
$24.00 – $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: 1st shift Monday-Thursday 7:30-3:30 Friday 5:00am-1:30pm

Experience or Skill Requirements:
1. 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
2. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
3. Familiarity with CNC machines, PLCs, and industrial controls
4. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
