Job description

We are currently hiring a Community Hero (aka Maintenance Technician)

The primary responsibilities for this role will be:

  • Maintaining community grounds (trimming, mowing, trash pickup)
  • Landscaping
  • Plowing and Salting in winter months
  • Repair of Water/Sewer lines when needed
  • Repair and maintenance of onsite structures, grounds and equipment, as needed
  • Assist in evictions (Securing and padlocking homes)
  • Troubleshoot problem areas
  • Respond immediately to any emergency calls
  • Other related duties as assigned

Must be able to:

  • Think outside the box and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Work independently
  • Multitask
  • Operate large machinery when necessary
  • Occasionally lift 50lbs or more
  • Alternate frequently between walking, crawling, crouching, squatting, climbing and sitting
