Maintenance Technician


We are looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the property remains safe, functional, and well-maintained through proactive preventative measures, timely repairs, and excellent guest service. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong troubleshooting abilities who takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.


Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventative maintenance tasks across the property to ensure optimal operation and safety.

- Respond promptly and effectively to maintenance requests and work orders from guests and staff.

- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, carpentry, and other general maintenance issues.

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and equipment to identify and address potential problems.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.

- Collaborate with team members to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure minimal disruption to guests.
