Job description
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations through effective maintenance strategy execution, equipment reliability programs, and hands-on technical leadership. The role focuses on reducing downtime, improving OEE, controlling maintenance costs, and supporting production targets.

- Lead preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-related issues
- Drive root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions for recurring equipment failures
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and optimization of equipment and infrastructure
- Manage CMMS systems, maintenance KPIs, and equipment reliability performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, LOTO procedures, and audit requirements
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and cost control initiatives
- Support OEE and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with Production and Quality
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance supervisors and technicians in a high-performance environment
- Technical diploma or engineering degree (or equivalent experience)
- 5–10+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing or industrial operations
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting experience (including PLCs)
