Nongshim America is an instant Ramyun manufacturer located in Rancho Cucamonga seeking Industrial Maintenance Mechanics to join our team! As a maintenance mechanic you will maintain and repair industrial production and processing machinery directly in our production plant.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including mixers, conveyors, boilers, and packaging machines.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure accurate assembly, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
  • Adjust and calibrate equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, including HACCP and GMP.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and parts usage.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address equipment-related challenges.
  • Assist in the installation, relocation, or upgrading of equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Industrial mechanic experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
  • Familiarity with food-grade equipment and sanitary maintenance practices.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and hand tools.
