Job Summary

The Commercial Landscape Maintenance Account Manager plays a pivotal role in managing and coordinating multiple business activities, schedules, and meetings within our Commercial Landscape Maintenance Division. This position is responsible for supervising sales, managing a book of business, and maintaining client relationships across the Portland Metro area. Daily engagement with internal and external customers is essential to ensure service excellence and account growth.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Division Manager and other management staff.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective written and verbal communication.
  • Analyze cost reports and budget variances to ensure financial health of client accounts.
  • Communicate clearly with management and production teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
  • Demonstrate leadership by fostering team morale and recognizing employee achievements.
  • Promote professional development opportunities for team members.
