The Warehouse Associate - Maintenance is responsible for taking care of the facility and carrying out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

HOURLY RATE: $19.00

Responsibilities

The Warehouse Associate - Maintenance is responsible for taking care of the facility and carrying  out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep the  building in a clean and orderly condition. We only want dynamic, career-minded people who are willing to dedicate themselves to this job.

  • Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning etc.)
  • Gather and empty trash
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Miscellaneous projects and perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Experience as a cleaner
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Good attendance and punctuality
  • Great communication skills
  • Good time management skills/ability to multi-tasks
  • Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal
  • Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
  •  Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10 - 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh upto 100 lbs.
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach
  • Occasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and/ or stairs) or balance
  • May be subject to environmental conditions. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
  • May be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
