In a retail store, you may need to fix lighting and electrical systems, undertake cleaning duties, and install shelving. In a production facility, you need the skills and qualifications to maintain specialized equipment. In this career, your previous experience and training help you decide what setting works best with your skills and knowledge.

To thrive as a Maintenance Associate, you need foundational knowledge in facility maintenance, basic repair techniques, and often a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with hand and power tools, maintenance management systems, and safety protocols is typically required.
