Resident Service Director

Blue Roc Premier is actively searching for a seasoned and skilled Resident Service Director to become a valuable addition to our team. We prioritize the growth and development of our staff, offering an outstanding training program aimed at cultivating strong leadership abilities in you.

As a Resident Service Director you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our communities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a multi-family setting, possess excellent technical skills, and be committed to maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Your daily job:

Supervisory Experience: Oversee and lead a team of maintenance associates.

Technical Expertise: Utilize HVAC 608 Certification and demonstrate proficiency in electrical and plumbing tasks.

Leadership and Organization: Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.

Operational Efficiency: Ensure the community operates smoothly and in compliance with safety standards.

Timely Service Requests: Oversee that all service requests and repairs are completed correctly and in a timely manner.

Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors.
