Job Overview
Comfort Inn & Suites in Sturbridge is seeking a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain our hotel property. This position is responsible for ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and building systems are properly maintained and guest-ready at all times.
This role offers 30-40 hours per week based on hotel demand, with consistent year-round work available.
Responsibilities
  • Perform routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs
  • Complete minor electrical repairs including switches, outlets, and lighting
  • Perform plumbing repairs including toilets, sinks, drains, and fixtures
  • Repair drywall, sheetrock, and complete painting projects as needed
  • Troubleshoot basic HVAC issues and complete preventative maintenance tasks
  • Maintain pool and spa equipment and assist with water chemistry monitoring
  • Replace light bulbs and fixtures in guest rooms and common areas
  • Repair flooring, ceilings, walls, doors, and other building components
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Assist with exterior upkeep, including snow removal when necessary
  • Identify and report maintenance issues and preventative needs
  • Follow all safety procedures and hotel standards

Requirements
