Electrical Maintenance Technician
Location: Keene, NH
Pay Rate: $27.50–$32.50 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday
Now Hiring: Electrical Maintenance Technician
Adecco is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician for a leading manufacturing facility in Keene, NH. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable company offering competitive pay, a four-day workweek, and the opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Diagnose electrical issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, meters, and testing equipment.
  • Install, repair, and replace motors, sensors, switches, relays, drives, and electrical control components.
  • Assist with PLC troubleshooting and support automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production support requests.
  • Perform machine setup, calibration, and adjustments as needed.
  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and all company safety policies.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in electrical maintenance preferred.
  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance or electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, controls, sensors, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Experience with PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, and pneumatics is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent attendance, communication, and teamwork skills.
