Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and grounds as directed

  • Conducts regular inspections of the life safety systems as directed

  • Oversees necessary repairs and maintenance in apartments and common areas including refurbishment for move-ins

  • Ensures the outside of the property is maintained for safety and curb appeal

  • Maintains inventory control for general supplies, parts, and equipment for necessary repairs and maintenance

  • Responds appropriately to resident or community maintenance emergencies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Experience in grounds maintenance (lawn and plant care) (preferred)

  • Familiar with general maintenance/repair procedures
