Are you a Maintenance Assistant seeking an exciting new career opportunity? Look no further! Crystal Pines Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking maintenance rockstars to join our team! If you are dedicated and compassionate, WE WANT YOU!

PAINTERS: 6-month temporary role. Full-Time hours during duration of the program.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will perform the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance, regulations and building codes. You will assist in the maintenance of the facility to ensure a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems.

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • A fire and passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
  • Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
  • Prior maintenance experience required
  • Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
