About the Role:

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will:

  • Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services to perform routine assignments in resident living areas.

  • Assist with all repairs, preventative maintenance, refurbishing projects, and furniture/equipment moving.

  • Maintain the facility grounds, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our residents and staff.

  • Ensure that the facility and its equipment are properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience.

  • Assist with safety inspections, tests, and drills, as requested.

Qualifications:
