Job Description

The IT BA will need to be top notch with the ability to learn new technologies, interpret business requirements captured from the Solution Architecture team. 

We are using an Agile development methodology and our development team is primarily in Alabama with our core leadership.

Must have excellent organizational skills. 

This position is needed to help prepare documentation and designs for the senior development teams project initiatives. 

This position will have an opportunity to work with the Senior BA's, Solutions Architects and Senior Developers to expand their IT and Business Analysis experience.  Excellent opportunity to grow your skills!

These documents will be used to complete the development of the Multi-Channel platform.

This role will work with the Senior BA team and assist with consolidating, analyzing, and interpreting project-related information, and supporting business partners in effectively managing their business through the integration, development, and support of multiple initiatives.

This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining project documentation, writing complex test plans, performing tests of new systems and modifications to existing systems.

This is a full time permanent role with benefits and bonus.

Qualifications

4 plus year minimum complex experience with requirements gathering, client facing,  creating and maintaining project documentation, writing complex test plans, performing tests of new systems and modifications to existing systems
