About the Role:
Triunity Software is looking for a talented Mainframe professional to join our growing team in Austin, TX (Remote). This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge mainframe systems with a forward-thinking software company that values technical expertise and innovation. Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications and systems
  • Write, test, and debug code using mainframe languages such as COBOL, JCL, or Assembler
  • Analyze and resolve mainframe system issues, ensuring high availability and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integrations and migrations
  • Monitor batch processing jobs and optimize mainframe workloads
  • Document technical specifications, processes, and system changes
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for mainframe development

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in mainframe development or administration (IBM z/OS environment preferred)
  • Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, or related mainframe technologies
