Technical Systems Analyst

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Position Summary

The Technical Systems Analyst provides advanced technical support for enterprise operating systems, middleware platforms, databases, communications software, and mainframe environments. The role ensures system stability, availability, and performance through proactive monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and systems administration activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade enterprise system software.
  • Support mainframe operating environments including VM, VSE/ESA, CICS, and VTAM.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
