Shift: Flexible 1st shift between 7:30 am to 5 pm

Job Summary:
Compiles and reviews accounts payable documents and prepares document batches for processing for timely payment of invoices; responds to employee and vendor inquiries. Processes electronic payments. Serves as a back up for running AP checks. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
Knowledge of mainframe computer processing is required.
A minimum of 1 year of accounts payable experience is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Experience with Excel is preferred.
