    • Monitor and support file transmissions, including performing replay and retransmission of files as needed to maintain data integrity.
    • Ensure all client service level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently during testing and support operations.
    • Work closely with QA, development, and infrastructure teams to maintain stable and reliable test environments.
    • Note: Upstream and downstream systems outside the defined workflow are out of scope for this role.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Strong hands-on experience in mainframe batch and online systems.

Role requires mainframe platform batch and CICS with DB2 processing and front-end support engaging with development to resolve E2E environment related issues impacting client testing cycles.

Monitor E2E batch flow to ensure batch streams are processing on time, identify issues that require corrective action and follow up for resolution.

Serve as an escalation point for client issues related to the E2E environment.

Monitor and support transmissions, replay/retransmit files as needed

Able to initiate bridge calls when multiple application and support teams require direct communication between each other to resolve problems.

Capable of promoting Incidents to Incident Management for a severe issue where production is impacted.

Ability to page out Application Teams for batch issues/abends and page additional Application Teams/additional resources when needed.
