• Solution Design & Gap Analysis: Map client business requirements to FIS Omni product capabilities, identifying and defining any necessary system changes or custom enhancements.
• System Configuration: Configure core processing workflows, product rules, and system parameters in the Omni platform to support target operating models.
• Requirements Workshops: Lead discovery sessions with client stakeholders to gather specifications, process flows, and business test scenarios.
• Testing & Validation: Partner with development and QA teams, guide clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), triage defects, and assist with go-live preparation.
• Training & Enablement: Deliver knowledge transfer, process documentation, and training to ensure strong user adoption and operational readiness.
• System Optimization: Proactively help financial institutions optimize the Omni platform to improve processing efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and reduce delivery risk.
• Experience: Typically 10+ years in financial services, Retirements operations, or technology consulting, specifically with migration and/or trasnformation.
• Product Knowledge: Hands-on experience with FIS Omni core retirement products (OmniPlus, Omni Pay etc.).
