Hogan Developers typically use COBOL, JCL, DB2, and other mainframe technologies to enhance system functionality and ensure smooth banking operations. They also troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support system integrations within financial institutions.

What are some typical challenges faced by Hogan Developers in a banking environment?
