Salary Schedule
To coordinate, provide and make available desired expertise to help private schools and district departments achieve desired priorities in response to needs and disparities identified at the school and classroom level.
QUALIFICATIONS:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of teaching and learning processes. Knowledge of finance, budget development and implementation; knowledge of grant writing. Knowledge and use of Excel and database systems. Knowledge and commitment to decentralized decision-making and accountability for results that facilitate creative processes toward achievement of district goals. Ability to work and communicate effectively with people to focus resources (both human and financial) toward the achievement of district goals. Ability to facilitate group processes in consensus building, conflict resolution, planning and decision-making. Understands that quality teaching and learning are the essential processes and product of public schools and has the ability to focus human and financial resources toward this end.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manifest a professional code of ethics and values.
* Respond to internal and external customers in a timely, accurate, courteous, and empathic manner representing OCPS in a positive light.
* Model the routine, intentional and effective use of technology in daily work, including communications, organization, and management tasks.
* Work with and through third party provider to coordinate instructional programs in private schools receiving Title I funds.
* Monitor third party provider contract in excess of $6M reviewing multiple student performance data including both state and local performance metrics and assessments to ensure student academic achievement.
* Assist private schools and district departments in developing service delivery plans or grant programs in accordance with comprehensive needs assessments and state guidelines.
* Develop, maintain, and monitor a tracking system related to the federal programs, budget development and program implementation with Private Schools and district departments.
* Provide, upon request, consultations with Private Schools and district departments.
* Provide expertise and support services to Private Schools and district departments to help them increase school learning, success, and achievement of Federal Grant priorities.
* Serve as liaison with Private School and district department personnel to assure consistency of federal program requirements and those functions required for district wide consistency and standardization.
* Assist the Director, Grants, to plan and direct a system of feedback and assessment of grant programs to determine responsiveness to the needs of the private schools and district departments.
* Keep the Director, Grants informed through state required written reports regarding desktop monitoring of federal programs for both private schools and district departments.
* Follow the district’s policies and procedures as related to all HRMD guidelines and the district’s instructional initiatives.
* Follow the district’s policies and procedures as related to fixed assets.
* Develop leadership in subordinates.
* Responsible for keeping up to date on current technology being used by OCPS. With the support of the district, attend training to ensure skill level in various technologies is at the level required to perform in current position.
* Responsible for maintaining timely and accurate information and accountable for the quality of information maintained by those they supervise.
∗ Responsible for self-development and keeping up to date on current research, trends, and best practices relevant to the area of responsibility.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Non-bargaining unit compensation plan, twelve months, 8.0 hours per day.
EVALUATION:
Performance in this job will be evaluated in accordance with the provisions of the Board’s policy on evaluation of personnel.
