We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Security Engineer with strong expertise in RACF, z/OS Security Administration, Compliance, and Access Management to support and secure enterprise mainframe environments.

🔹 Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining security controls across IBM Mainframe platforms, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and protection of critical business systems and data.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Administer and maintain RACF security environments across enterprise mainframe systems
• Manage user provisioning, role-based access control, and security profiles
• Implement and enforce security policies, standards, and compliance requirements
• Monitor and investigate security events, violations, and audit findings
• Perform security reviews, risk assessments, and access certifications
• Support regulatory compliance and audit activities
• Configure and maintain security for z/OS subsystems including CICS, DB2, IMS, and MQ
• Develop automation and reporting solutions for security administration
• Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, audit, and compliance teams
