Responsibilities

  • Manage WG's modernization roadmap for migrating applications to the cloud and reducing data center and mainframe footprint.
  • Oversee technology projects, develop project plans, and monitor progress.
  • Provide insights on best practices and serve as a trusted advisor to align strategies with department and business requirements.
  • Regularly update stakeholders, including leaders and senior managers, on project status and issues.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues on technology projects.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing key decisions.
  • Utilize strategic thinking to refine details and enable SI teams to prioritize work effectively.
  • Develop and implement processes that drive organizational success through architecture and technology solutions.
  • Manage ambiguity and foster relationships across sub-divisions to advance the modernization roadmap.
