Job Summary:
Veracity Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Technical Systems Analyst to provide enterprise-level technical support for critical infrastructure platforms. The role involves installing, upgrading, and maintaining system software, ensuring system availability and performance, and collaborating with various teams to support business operations.
Responsibilities:
• provide enterprise-level technical support, administration, maintenance, and operational oversight for critical infrastructure platforms supporting City departments and business operations
• installing, upgrading, configuring, maintaining, monitoring, and supporting system software across multiple computing environments
• ensure system availability, performance, security, and operational continuity through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and issue resolution
• work closely with infrastructure teams, database administrators, network engineers, application support teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to maintain highly available and reliable systems
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of Technical Systems Administration or Systems Analyst experience.
• Experience installing, upgrading, and maintaining enterprise system software.
• Experience supporting IBM VM environments.
• Experience supporting VSE/ESA operating systems.
• Experience supporting CICS transaction processing environments.
• Experience supporting VTAM and communications software environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise databases and middleware platforms.
• Experience troubleshooting system-level issues and performance problems.
• Experience supporting data communications infrastructure.
• Experience supporting enterprise software packages and utilities.
• Experience performing system monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
• Experience supporting production environments and mission-critical systems.

• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.
